Position: Digital Media Manager

Location: Remote | Employment Type: Full-Time

LCB Fertilizers is hiring a Digital Media Manager to lead our digital presence, branding, and e-commerce growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, building our brand across digital platforms, and driving customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the LCB Fertilizers website.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online sales and brand visibility.




- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content for farmers, distributors, and customers.
- Oversee product listings, promotions, pricing, and performance across marketplaces.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for better conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, branding initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing, e-commerce, and agritech trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify/WooCommerce, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Solid communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
