Position: Process Controller

Company: Passary Minerals Madhya Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Office no.-217, Sriram Business Park, Vidhansabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Candidate
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update company data accurately in Excel and other software.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, and databases.
- Create and manage Excel sheets using formulas, filters, sorting, and formatting.
- Draft and send skilled emails in English.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collecting and updating information.
- Maintain physical and digital records properly.
- Verify data accuracy before submission.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Scan, print, and organize official documents.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, Formatting, Filters, Basic Functions).
- Proficiency in MS Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to write and send professional emails in English.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic internet and computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
