Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through our website, digital marketing campaigns, and social media, and convert them into enrollments
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the database and generate interest in our online language programs
- Counsel students on course options, batch timings, fees, and career advantages of learning a foreign language
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until closure
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with tele-calling and target-based work
- Prior experience in edtech, education counseling, admissions, or telesales preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Graduate in any discipline
