Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced aviation engineering leader to head Line Maintenance Operations for a leading airline in India. The role is responsible for ensuring aircraft safety, regulatory compliance, dispatch reliability, and seamless maintenance operations across the airline network.

Key Requirements
- DGCA AME Licence with Type Rating / Company Authorization.
- Minimum 15 years of Line Maintenance experience on Transport Category Aircraft.
- Minimum 10 years on A320 Family and/or 8 years on B777/B787 fleet.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA, CAR-145, CAR-M, and airline maintenance regulations.
- Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams and multi-station operations.
- Expertise in aircraft dispatch reliability, technical operations, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Line Maintenance operations across all stations and outstations.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA, CAR-145, CAR-M,



and applicable regulatory standards.
- Monitor aircraft dispatch reliability, technical delays, and maintenance performance.
- Coordinate with MCC, Technical Services, Planning, Quality, and Flight Operations teams.
- Manage maintenance providers, technical resources, tools, GSE, and engineering manpower.
- Drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop Line Maintenance teams while ensuring productive resource utilization.
