Role Description
The Intelligent Transport Service role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves supporting and managing intelligent transport systems and services,



including monitoring operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. Daily responsibilities include analyzing transport data and system reports, assisting in process improvements, and providing clear updates to customers and partners regarding service status. The role also includes handling basic financial or billing queries related to transport services, documenting service activities, and contributing to continuous optimization of transport operations. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards and support the deployment of new technology-enabled transport solutions.
