POP is India's UPI-first rewards platform built for Gen Z. We're rewriting how young India spends, earns, and builds financial habits through a payments and shopping experience that actually feels good to use as well as rewarding to be loyal towards. We're growing rapid and we need someone to make paid acquisition work as hard as our product does.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Sr Manager - Performance Marketing, who can own the full paid acquisition engine at POP, from strategy to creative briefing to optimization to attribution. This isn't a "manage the agency" role. You'll be hands-on in the accounts, opinionated about what works, and accountable for CAC and downstream retention metrics.

You'll report directly to founding leadership and work closely with product, data, and content.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Full ownership of paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging channels — budget, strategy, execution.




- CAC targets by product line (UPI onboarding, Bill Payments, Shop and others) with cohort-level accountability.
- Creative pipeline: briefing, testing frameworks, iteration velocity. You know that the creative is the targeting now.
- Attribution and measurement: building the right view of what's actually working, not just last-click.
- Collaboration with the data team on funnel analytics, FTE tracking, and early retention signal from paid cohorts.
- Influencer and performance hybrid plays: you understand where creator-led content and paid amplification intersect.
- Scaling what works without breaking unit economics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in performance marketing, with at least 2 years owning budgets above 60L/month minimum.
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaign architecture, creative testing, audience strategy.
