- We are looking for a VMC Milling Operator with 0 to 1 year of experience to operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines and support machining operations in the production unit.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications and basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations can also apply.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Operate VMC / Milling machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components/raw materials into the machine.
- Assist in machine setup, tool setting, and job changeover under supervision.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production and proper cycle completion.
- Check machined components for dimensions and quality using measuring instruments.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety practices on the shop floor.
- Report any machine breakdown, tool wear, or production issue to the supervisor.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets and quality standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications : -
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Machinist / Turner / Fitter or related trade.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in VMC / Milling machine operation can apply.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and CNC/VMC operations.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc. is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
