Position: Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage client relationships, oversee account operations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.




- Prepare account reports, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
