Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
Sales Team Handling
- Manage and lead the sales team within the state.
- Train and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Generate Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Market Reach:
- Expand market presence within the state.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activity.
- Implement plans to enhance market penetration.
Maximize Sales:
- Identify and leverage opportunities to maximize sales volume.
- Optimize product mix and pricing strategies.
- Develop promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Profitability of Given State
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the state.
- Ensure profitability through effective operations and cost control.
- Analyze financial reports and adjust strategies accordingly. Internal Reviews and Client Reviews:
- Conduct regular internal reviews to assess team performance.
- Facilitate client reviews to gather feedback and improve service.
- Implement improvements based on review findings.
Traveling within State / Pan India:
- Travel extensively within the state to meet clients and oversee sales operations.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
- Ensure effective coverage of all key areas within the state.
