Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Panaji. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat,



providing clear information about ATSPL’s tracking and telematics solutions. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, tracking and documenting issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, and following up to confirm customer satisfaction. The role also involves guiding customers through the use of the fleet management platform, collecting feedback to improve service quality, and maintaining accurate records in customer support systems. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering professional, courteous, and solution-focused support.

Qualifications
- Ability to work as a Customer Service Representative with strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience.
- Clear and skilled verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
