Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop job postings, and source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
- Proactively source potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Strategy and Optimization:
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives and referral programs.
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in panel interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
