Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients,



provide information about residential construction services, and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating lead and customer data in the system, coordinating with the sales and project teams for follow-ups, and scheduling meetings or site visits when required. The role also involves explaining project features, sharing pricing and process details as per guidelines, and supporting customer relationship activities to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
