What youll do

As the Principal Engineer for Electrical - Power Electronics you will work with the engineering and product teams across GE Vernova Electrification, Renewables and Power businesses to develop technology and product roadmaps that define the disruptive future of GE Vernovas electrical and grid technologies. You will shape and foster strategic collaborations with Universities and strategic technology / business/ external partners to drive innovative electrical and grid solutions for GE Vernova.





Essential Responsibilities

You will work with engineering, product and service leaders across GE Vernova to identify electrical and grid technology needs. You will work with researchers across GE Vernova Advanced Research center to identify technology trends with disruption potential for GE Vernova. You will identify strategic partners and create an electrical systems technology roadmap. You will work with external partners such as government agencies and outside business partners to define strategy and then act as an enabler for team execution. You will collaborate with these key partners and executives as well as with external partners to:
- Build a robust portfolio of Research programs to drive the Electrification strategy for GE Vernova with programs in engineering across GE Vernova.
- Shape and lead early-stage technology development with high disruption potential and mature these
