Job Objective |

Support process design, optimization, and standardization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and safety. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure process discipline across operations. |
Key Responsibilities |

1) | - Support process mapping, analysis, and optimization initiatives - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities | |
2) | - Ensure adherence to defined process controls and best practices - Support process audits and compliance checks |
3) | - Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain - Resolve complex process issues and manage cross-functional dependencies |

| - Promote continuous improvement culture on shopfloor / project sites - Support training and awareness on process tools and methodologies |
SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS |

Education | - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production / Chemical) - Master’s Degree / MBA / CI Certification – *Preferred* |
Experience | - 7–12 years of experience in process engineering / operations / CI roles - 2–4 years in a lead or managerial role preferred |
