International Operations: Managing IE for international plants - Hisarlar and Finland . New Product Launches - Work Content optimization: Work with Design teams to reduce the work content at the design and process level, before the product comes to the shopfloor. Union Management - Party to Negotiations with the union, Required to prepare the charter of requirements and get the unions buy in thereoff (Target setting, Productivity of manpower, Cost effectiveness etc. Manpower Management: Planning and management of overall headcount across all plants. Ensuring EWT and productivity target adherence across all plants. Develop Capital Expenditure plans for operational improvements. Monitoring and Auditing IE activities across all plants. Create strategies during annual planning cycle to improve cost effectiveness. Being Future Ready: Suggesting current digitisation/ Automation initiatives to take IE to the nextlevel and proactively plan to tackle challenges in future. Others - TUP, Mdrishti projects etc
