Lucky Traders is looking for an experienced professional to lead the establishment and growth of our lubricant blending business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Position: General Manager – Lubricant Blending Plant & Business Development

Key Responsibilities: Establish a new lubricant blending plant from the ground up. Develop lubricant formulations and oversee production. Source base oils, additives, and packaging materials. Build and manage the manufacturing and quality control team. Develop domestic and international sales channels. Expand export business and establish distributor networks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:✅ 10–20+ years of experience in the lubricant industry.✅ Proven experience in setting up or managing a lubricant blending plant.✅ Strong technical knowledge of lubricants,



base oils, and additive packages.✅ Experience in domestic sales, exports, and dealer network development.✅ Excellent leadership and business development skills.
