A Trainer cum Operation Executive in the facility management industry acts as a bridge between strategic planning and frontline execution. They oversee daily facility operations (housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor coordination) while simultaneously designing and delivering training programs to ensure staff meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

1. Operational Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and mechanical services.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure the facility complies with local safety regulations, labor laws,



and corporate standards.
- Client & Team Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for client escalations, manage employee attendance rosters, and track field executives.

2. Training Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Indoctrination: Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires, covering corporate standards, uniform compliance, body language, and customer service protocols.
- Skill Development: Deliver targeted modules on equipment handling (e.g., floor scrubbers, HVAC controls), safety procedures, and communication skills.
- Needs Assessment & Coaching: Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct refresher courses, and execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for struggling staff.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SLA Compliance: Zero breaches in agreed-upon turnaround times for maintenance or housekeeping complaints.
