Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Branding (50%)
- Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, posters, and banners using Canva, Photoshop, or generative AI tools.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our skilled presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Campaign Support: Draft compelling copy for marketing posts, newsletters, and hiring campaigns to boost employer branding.
- Engagement: Monitor social media trends,



engage with the tech community, and help execute digital outreach strategies.

2. Human Resources & Recruitment (50%)
- End-to-End Coordination: Assist in the recruitment lifecycle for technical and administrative roles (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews).
- Job Board Management: Post active openings on various job portals and track incoming candidate applications.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Help organize internal team activities, coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, and manage basic HR documentation.
- Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
