Role Description
The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for leading HVAC technicians and coordinating daily operations, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems for various projects. The supervisor will plan and schedule preventive maintenance,



ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and verify that work is completed according to design specifications and client requirements. The role includes monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, maintaining documentation and reports, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The HVAC Supervisor will also interact with clients to address service requests, resolve issues promptly, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
