Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize indirect spend categories, including e-auctions, RFX, source-to-pay processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and contract terms to inform strategic decisions on category management.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing agreements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.
- Robust understanding of e-auctions, RFX, S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes, category management principles.
