Position Overview
We don’t need an IT expert; we need a master closer. If you have a proven track record of knocking on doors, convincing clients, and closing deals (especially in high-pressure industries like health insurance), we will teach you the tech. Your primary responsibility will be to take our web-based software applications to the market, pitch to prospective business owners, and close the deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Conversions: Conduct daily field visits to prospective clients, present product demonstrations, and aggressively close sales.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and manage your sales pipeline from cold approach to final handshake.
- Relationship Building: Understand client pain points and position our software as the ultimate solution.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize your incentive earnings.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–4 years of hardcore field sales experience. Candidates from Health Insurance, Banking, or Telecom sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
- Tech Adaptability: You don't need a tech background, but you should be willing to learn how our software works.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must-Have: Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field travel.
