We are looking for an experienced
C++ Developer / Production Support Engineer
with a strong background in the
Payments domain
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C++, Linux/Unix, and production support, along with excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for payment applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in Linux/Unix environments.
- Analyze transaction failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless production support.
- Participate in rotational 12-hour support shifts.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in C++ development and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with
C++
.
- Good knowledge of
Linux/Unix
environments.
- Experience in the
Payments domain
, including:
- Core Payments
- Payment Switches
- ISO8583
- Transaction Processing
- Experience in
L2/L3 Production Support
or
Application Support
