Role Description
The Hotel Contracting Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for supporting hotel contracting activities,



including maintaining and updating contract data, rates, and availability within internal systems. The coordinator will liaise with hotels and internal stakeholders to gather required information, clarify contract terms, and ensure accurate and timely loading of agreements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating documentation, tracking contract performance, assisting with rate comparisons, and preparing reports for the contracting and product teams. The role also involves resolving discrepancies, supporting promotional and special offer setups, and contributing to process improvements that enhance hotel partner relationships and product quality.

Qualifications
- Strong data management and coordination skills, including experience working with spreadsheets, booking engines, or CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities for collaborating with hotel partners and internal cross-functional teams.
