Job Title: Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Security Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Security Architect to lead

the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade collaboration and

security solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will be responsible for

driving architecture, security posture, and operational excellence across Exchange

Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft

Purview (DLP & Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and implement end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 collaboration and

security platforms.

• Establish secure-by-design principles across identity, device, application, and data

layers.

• Develop roadmaps for M365 adoption, optimization, and security maturity.

• Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise security

standards.

Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC,



and Zero Trust

architecture.

• Architect Conditional Access policies including MFA, device compliance, and risk-

based access.

• Implement identity protection, privileged identity management (PIM), and secure

external collaboration.

Messaging & Collaboration (Exchange Online & Microsoft Teams)

• Architect and manage Exchange Online environments including mail flow, security,

and hybrid configurations.

• Design secure collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams (chat, voice, meetings,

governance).

• Implement policies for external sharing, guest access, and data governance within

Teams.

Device & Endpoint Management
(Intune)

• Architect and deploy endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune.

• Implement device compliance, configuration profiles, and application protection

policies.

• Enable secure BYOD and corporate device management aligned with Zero Trust

princ
