About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Head – Sales & Marketing
to lead the sales, referral marketing, and business development function for a leading multi-specialty hospital in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hospital sales and marketing, solid relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, patient referrals, and strategic partnerships.

350+ bed multi-specialty hospital
managing an annual business of
₹250+ Crores

Key ResponsibilitiesReferral Marketing & Doctor Relationship Management




- Develop and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, consultants, and visiting specialists.
- Recruit and manage a strong network of consultants to increase patient referrals.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for doctors and key medical professionals.
- Design and execute referral marketing strategies to enhance patient footfall.

Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by achieving business development and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs, and institutional partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic initiatives.
- Develop partnerships that contribute to long-term business growth.

Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to strengthen brand visibility.
