Role: Learning Management System Administrator

Location: Bangalore & gurgaon

Experience: 7 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilies:

• Oversee & manage all pla orms, including Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Marcel Classes (front end), and

Adobe Learning Manager

• Integra ng Marcel Classes with various other pla orms

• Classes Mailbox/Teams channel responses Classes issues

• Helping Super Users with industries best prac ces on content crea on, uploading and assigning

• Provide er 2 support for course content uploads, user access, and system administra on

• Foster rela onships with learners, key agency talent, business leaders, and other stakeholders to

determine learning technology development priori es

• Strategic calls with general stakeholders, principal users, and super users where necessary

• Improving the pla orm's func onality in collabora on with the Marcel pla orm team

• Working with Marcel data team on the API implementa ons & issues

• Assigning required compliance/mandatory trainings in accordance with the guidelines





• Maintaining user account management and implemen ng new fields in collabora on with the HRIS

and Biztalk teams

Skillset & Qualifica ons:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ year’s experience learning management system administra on in a global enterprise environment

• Experience with mul ple learning management systems is a plus, including Adobe Learning Manager

• Familiarity with eLearning content development using Ar culate Storyline or Adobe Cap vate a plus

• Flexibility to work with mul ple me zones as needed

• Familiarity with Help Desk Support and Defect Management Tools a plus

• Prior digital marke ng experience with an emphasis on training a plus

• Ability to manage and meet deadlines

• Excellent communica on skills

• Excellent organiza onal skills and a en on to detail

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communica on skills

• Solid customer and project management skills
