Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for Architects located in Chennai. Interns will support the architectural team in preparing design concepts, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings under the guidance of senior architects. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with CAD drafting, 3D visualization, preparing presentations, and coordinating basic design documentation. Interns will participate in site visits, help gather measurements and photographs,



and support the tracking of design changes. The role also involves collaborating with project team members, attending internal design reviews, and learning to align designs with client requirements, building regulations, and project timelines.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and residential planning.
- Basic proficiency with architectural design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software).
- Ability to create clear sketches, drawings, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow design guidelines and documentation standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and mentorship.
