We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Process Associates to handle inbound and/or outbound calls during night hours. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, recording call details, and ensuring a high level of service quality while working independently during night hours.

Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly and accurately
- Provide product, service, or account-related information as per company guidelines
- Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and records in the system
- Follow all company policies, data protection, and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for proper handover of pending issues
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional attitude at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline




- Prior experience in BPO / call center handling UK or international customers preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Robust problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Use Time Doctor software for productivity and time tracking during the probation period.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international or night-shift processes
- Familiarity with call center metrics and quality standards
