Key Responsibilities
- Source Secured Business Loan / Loan Against Property business through DSA, connectors, brokers, and direct channels.
- Acquire new customers in MSME, SME, self-employed skilled, and business segments.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements.
- Assess customer eligibility, income, business profile, and property collateral.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams for loan processing.
- Collect and verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Track competition and market opportunities in the assigned territory. DSA OR DST OR Connector OR Channel)
