* Job Post: Quality Customer Support* Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma / Equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in automobile industry (Sheet Metal) 05–08Years (Mandatory) Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC Key Responsibilities & Skills: Review and understand customer specifications, drawings, standards, and quality requirements. Communicate customer expectations to production, engineering, and quality teams. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Receive and document customer complaints related to quality issues. Coordinate investigation of root causes using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone Analysis. Provide timely responses and corrective action reports to customers. Track complaint closure and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Monitor customer quality metrics such as: o PPM (Parts Per Million defects) o Customer rejection rates o On-time corrective action closure o Customer satisfaction scores Prepare and present quality performance reports. Coordinate customer audits and plant visits.
Prepare required quality documentation and records. Support audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Lead customer-related corrective and preventive action activities. Work with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to eliminate recurring issues. Verify implementation and effectiveness of actions. Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities where applicable. Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions. Ensure customer approvals are obtained before production launch. Maintain customer complaint logs and quality records. Prepare quality reports, deviation reports, concession requests, and customer presentations. Ensure traceability and proper record retention.
