Important: This position is strictly for candidates who can report to work before 7:00 AM. Candidates who are not comfortable with an early morning schedule should not apply.Shift Timing
- Early Morning Shift
- Reporting Time: 6:30 AM
- Candidates must be available to start work between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM.
- Late reporting beyond this time is not acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors professionally.
- Handle member check-ins and registrations.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain membership plans and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Schedule fitness assessments and appointments.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and invoices.
- Maintain member records and CRM accurately.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding appointments and member requirements.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Resolve basic member concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Meet daily and monthly enquiry conversion targets.
