Job Responsibilities:

As an integral member of a young team in Pune, the Professor of Medical Laboratory Technology will be responsible for teaching the theoretical training component of the Medical Laboratory Technology course and supervision of the practical training component in partner Hospitals.

Specific academic responsibilities include:
- Teach theory to students on subjects dealing with Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry and Nutrition, General Microbiology, General Biochemistry, General Hematology, Medical Ethics and Patient Care, Immunology & Serology, Clinical pathology and Histopathology, Bacteriology, Blood banking, Parasitology, Laboratory operations and Management, Histopathology & Cytology amongst others.
- Supervise Practical Training of students at partner Hospitals.
- Maintain Student Administrative records.
- Perform any other pedagogy and related administrative tasks as required.





Educational requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Sciences or related field (minimum).

Job Requirements:
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to constantly innovate in teaching.
- Prior work and teaching experience preferred.
- Proficient in the use of information technology.
- Strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills in English and Marathi (preferred).
