Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Career Advisors (Sales – International Students). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about helping international students achieve their career goals.
As a Career Advisor, you will consult with prospective students and professionals, understand their career aspirations, recommend the most suitable HyperSlash Technologies programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
This is a consultative sales role that combines career guidance with relationship-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective international students and professionals through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand each candidate’s educational background, career objectives, and visa status (F-1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B).
- Explain HyperSlash Technologies’ career development programs, placement assistance, and service offerings.
- Recommend the most suitable program based on the candidate’s goals and career aspirations.
- Build trust through qualified career consultation and excellent customer service.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with recruitment and career success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
