We are looking for a Depository Executive to manage Demat account operations, securities settlement, and depository-related services while ensuring compliance with SEBI and CDSL regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Demat account opening, modification, and closure requests.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle securities transfers, settlement, and pledge/unpledge requests.
- Process corporate actions such as bonus, rights, and stock splits.
- Reconcile client holdings and resolve discrepancies.
- Address client queries related to Demat accounts and transactions.
- Maintain operational records and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, depositories, and RTAs for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 0- 2 years of experience in depository or stock broking operations.
- Knowledge of SEBI, CDSL regulations.
- NISM certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
