Role Description
The Pharma Java Developer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and microservices that support pharmaceutical domain workflows and data processing. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features using the Spring Framework, and ensure software quality through testing and code reviews. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to technical documentation. The role also includes working closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with regulatory and industry standards in the pharma sector.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Java and general Programming.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development practices, including design, implementation, and testing.
- Candidates should possess experience with Microservices architecture and related integration patterns.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with the Spring Framework and associated tools.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains, including familiarity with compliance and data integrity requirements, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in on-site teams, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving business and technical needs.
- Knowledge of relational databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
