About the Role

As a Senior Career Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding working professionals and students toward the right educational opportunities.



You will understand each learner's career objectives, recommend suitable Online MBA, Executive MBA, Global MBA, Doctorate, and Executive Education Programs, and support them throughout their admission journey.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in EdTech, Executive Education, Higher Education, or University Admissions who excel in consultative sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners on Online MBA, Executive MBA, Global MBA, Doctorate, and Executive Education Programs.
- Understand candidates' career goals, educational background, and professional aspirations to recommend the most suitable program.
- Engage with prospective learners via phone calls, virtual meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build trust through personalized career counseling and consultative guidance.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while delivering an outstanding learner exper
