This is a full time role with our global engineering client.

Purpose -

Be the technical responsible of our tender and delivery projects for our HVAC portfolio. Both internal and external sales.

Responsibilities -
- Responsible for reviewing, understanding and consider the technical content of customer’s contract/specifications
- Supporting Customer Excellence Team (CX) by assessing the cost impact related to tests and engineering work in the tendering phase
- Coordinate the technical scope in tender and/or delivery projects
- Serving as the technical interface to customer in tender projects
- Co-ordinate the necessary input for Engineering for product adaptions coming from Tender phases.
- Support claims locally in the hub

Authorities:
- The role holder has the necessary authority to be able to carry out their responsibilities and tasks as above. Signing and approval instructions/policy for the organisation.

Primary tasks:
- Take lead in technical related questions in the area of tender projects HVAC. Both internal and external sales.




- Support with technical information/support during tender and offer phase.
- Support with technical questionnaires, take the responsibility for complex technical questions not provided in product configurators.
- Support Claim management (in case of failure of product) when needed
- Keep relevant technical product documents available for the Customer Excellence department.

Interfaces:
- CX, Applied Engineering, Technical Service, Product Management, R&D;, Sales, Quality, Grid Solution BL.

Experience:
- About 7+ years onwards technical experience from engineering, development or technical sales of cable accessories or similar.
- Experience from working in teams or projects
- Experience of project management is a merit

Education:

BE, BTech, Masters degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, preferably electrical.

Travelling:
- Estimated totally up to 40 days, both domestic and international
