Delivery Manager - Role Overview

Lead the delivery of large-scale, global technology projects for high-profile clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships and ensuring seamless execution across business and technical domains. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Consultative Selling:
- Act as the primary client partner, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships at all levels—from operational teams to CXOs.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Delivery Management:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including global clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- Technical Leadership & Governance:
