1. About the Role

Rhysley is hiring 2 Mid-Level QA IT Executives to strengthen the Quality Assurance team supporting a portfolio of live, production-grade products: Helixta HRMS (HR & Payroll platform), EazeeSign (digital signing platform), and the AI TV OTT ecosystem (mobile app, Android TV app, and Fire Stick / IPTV app). The role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, and document testing across web, mobile, and OTT/Smart TV platforms, and who is comfortable working across multiple parallel projects with tight release cycles.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Understand functional and business requirements for Helixta HRMS, EazeeSign, and AI TV OTT app modules, and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing across web application, Android/iOS mobile apps, Android TV,



and Fire Stick (Amazon Fire OS) platforms.
- Design and execute test cases for HRMS modules such as Attendance, Payroll/Salary processing, Leave Management, and CRM/Opportunity workflows.
- Validate EazeeSign workflows including document upload, signer flows, signing link generation/expiry, notifications, and audit trail.
- Test OTT/IPTV features across devices content playback (VOD/Live), EPG, subscription/licensing flows, device pairing, remote-control navigation on Android TV and Fire Stick, and cross-device consistency.
- Log, track, and retest defects in Jira (or equivalent tool) with transparent reproduction steps, severity/priority tagging, and evidence (screenshots/screen recordings/logs).
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release readiness/go-live checklist reviews.
