About the Role
Were looking for a Program Manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional technical programs. Youll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to keep programs organized and moving, while driving execution, coordination, and on-time delivery.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable in the details, keeps multiple workstreams OnTrack, and builds trust and alignment across teams.

Your Impact - Program Delivery Execution (45%)
Manage cross-functional programs from planning and initiation through execution and closure.
Coordinate one or more concurrent programs, maintaining scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
Maintain program plans, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to team and business goals.
Track risks and dependencies, escalate issues early, and help keep at-risk work on course.





Stakeholder Communication (30%)
Serve as a key point of contact for program status, keeping stakeholders informed on progress,risks, and decisions.
Build and maintain robust working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations.
Drive accountability and alignment across teams without relying on direct authority.
Support governance structures, escalation paths, and communication rhythms.

Process, Governance Tooling (20%)
