Position: HR Manager

Location: Thane, Mumbai.

- Employee Onboarding, Confirmation & Exit Management
- Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Performance Management (PMS, KRAs/KPIs & Appraisals)
- Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
- HR Policy Implementation & HRMS Management
- Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- HR MIS & Reporting
- Administration Coordination
- Training & Development Initiatives
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, PMS, HR operations, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
