? This is an IN-OFFICE role in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. No remote. No hybrid. Do not apply if you cannot work from Raipur.

? Fixed salary: ₹20–25K/month + commission on every rupee of revenue you generate. Reliable closers will out-earn the fixed component. If you’re looking for a high fixed salary, this role is not for you.

? Targets from day 1: CRM fully operational in 10 days. First campaign revenue in 30 days. 90-day revenue target in writing.

The work: Own our CRM end-to-end (TeleCRM — Zoho/LeadSquared/WATI experience transfers easily).



Run WhatsApp sales campaigns on our 4,500+ customer database. Track and close every lead — Instagram, website, gifting, abandoned checkouts. Report revenue weekly to the founder.

You need: 1–3 years in CRM/WhatsApp sales/inside sales (D2C preferred), hands-on CRM + WhatsApp tool experience, Excel and segmentation comfort, Hindi + English.
