Our client, a leading technology company, is looking to hire a Legal Counsel with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience
to join its high-performing legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, global technology workplace and are looking for broad in-house exposure.

Location
: Bangalore/ Remote

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS, procurement, vendor, NDA, SOW, and partnership agreements.

• Advising business teams on commercial transactions and supporting cross-border operations.

• Providing legal support on employment and HR matters, including employment agreements, workplace policies, investigations, and employee relations.

• Supporting corporate governance, secretarial compliance, board matters, and regulatory filings.





• Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.

We're looking for candidates with:

✔ 4–6 years' PQE.

✔ Strong experience in commercial contracting and contract negotiations.

✔ Exposure to employment law and HR advisory matters.

✔ Working knowledge of corporate governance and Companies Act compliance.

✔ Prior experience in a technology company and/or a top-tier corporate law firm will be an advantage.

✔ A pragmatic, business-oriented approach and excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills.
