Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales Recruitment to lead hiring initiatives for sales roles across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in recruiting sales professionals, stakeholder management, and driving high-volume as well as niche sales hiring. The role requires expertise in sourcing top sales talent, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand sales hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source high-quality sales talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen and assess candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate sales competencies, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback,



and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement to improve offer acceptance rates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks for sales roles.
