JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing a new brand from concept to market, driving its successful launch and growth. The role involves creating brand strategy, product positioning, go-to-market plans,



and expansion initiatives while ensuring profitability, brand consistency, and a robust customer experience. The Brand Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and establish the brand in the market.

Lead Operational Excellence & Business Performance
- Ensure all outlets operate according to CKR Retail Food Division operational standards, Financial standards and quality guidelines.
- Monitor & improve the OKRs such as sales, ADT,ABV, Packed products ADS, Online aggregator sales, NPS, Audit points, IQC, stock availability, attendance of COFOs that leads to improve profitability, store performance, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement best practices for inventory control, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and reviews to maintain consistency across locations. Ensure Hospitality behaviors across the sales region.
