Role Overview:

As a Validation & Production Run Analyst, you will play a key role in Basel 3.1 RWA C&I; initiatives, focusing on validation, testing, and dress rehearsals for RWA Sub-Validation Suites (Sub-VS). You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate validation execution, reporting, and control enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead validation and production run activities for Basel 3.1 RWA C&I; initiatives, specifically RWA Sub-VS.
- Collaborate with implementation analysts to complete validation execution.
- Maintain and produce validation and parallel run status reports in partnership with reporting teams.




- Work closely with reporting teams to manage Basel 3.1 Dress Rehearsals (DRs).
- Validate design solutions in coordination with the design team.
- Partner with BAU and Change teams to establish and enhance controls in existing and Basel 3.1 processes.
- Support continuous improvement of validation and production run processes.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Basel 3.1 regulations, RWA, and C&I; initiatives.
- Solid expertise in validation, testing, and production run activities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including design, reporting, BAU, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in financial services or banking domain is preferred.
