Job Summary

Our Business Analyst plays a vital role as the "glue" in our project/task team. As our primary in-house client advocate, the Business Analyst works closely with the stakeholders, technical team, and SMEs to lead and facilitate discussions to understand the clients needs, ask clarifying questions, discuss alternative scenarios, and turn them into requirements. Once the requirements are captured, the Business Analyst will work closely with our technical team (product owners, project manager, development manager, and technical lead) to help design and develop a solution to meet the clients requirements. Throughout the projects life,



the Business Analysts primary responsibility is representing the client and ensuring all deliverables align with the projects vision. This involves working with virtually every member of the project team, both internal and client-facing, to facilitate communication, review the quality of deliverables, and ensure project success.

To be successful as a Business Analyst , you should be a self-driven and curious person with great attention to detail. Since the Business Analyst role is the "glue" for all projects, robust verbal and written communication skills are a priority, as the ability to work with a vast array of project team members.
