As a Lead .Net Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the technical strategy, development, and upkeep of Staples Promotional Product’s core applications and system integrations. You’ll be responsible for crafting and enhancing software components - including programs, scripts, and data models - based on detailed design specifications that emphasize performance, reliability, and scalability.

You’ll bring a thorough understanding of the organization’s software ecosystem, with advanced proficiency in Full stack.NET MVC technologies and key programming languages such as C#, SQL, and JavaScript. Familiarity and experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON and up-to-date web design principles is essential. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - including UX, content, eCommerce, and strategy teams - to exchange and interpret complex technical information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack .NET, ASP .Net Core, MVC technologies,



Razor views/Engine and key programming languages such as C#, SQL, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Must have good experience with Razor View and Razor Engine
- Familiarity and experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON and modern web design principles are essential.
- Experience with designing and implementing eCommerce applications using service-oriented architectures, with at least 4+ years in a lead/mentoring role.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including independent analysis, design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search
- 4+ years of experience working with web services and APIs (SOAP/HTTP, REST, WCF).
- Experience developing applications with relational MS SQL
- Excellent analytical abilities and a strong intellectual curiosity
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
