Chief Manager - Bancassurance position in Bancassurance - Retail Business – IDFC First Channel
What does the job entail?
- Financials & Business Delivery (IDFC First Channel) -

o Achievement of Topline and Persistency targets

o Annual planning for the channel with subvertical level strategies, milestones

o Competition benchmarking on multiple input parameters that drive topline and market share. Eg : Product Mix & PPT, LG activation, Productivity etc

o Market share tracking to identify gaps, emerging trends and drive business momentum Business quality – FTR, Throughput, Leakages

Persistency -

o Persistency across categories : 13M, M0, Product & premium, regions cohorts

o Cloud Telephony usage and linkage to outcome, Gap Analysis & improvement drives, Reviews

Customer Complaint Resolutions -

o Internal : IGMS + Non IGMS

o External : Communicated by Channel Partner

o Complaints Governance : Channel partner & HDFC Life Grievance & team, Escalation Management, Monitoring gaps & RCA leading to service quality improvement





Management Reporting & Channel Support -

1. Working on MBR , Channel Partner Governance meet deck

2. Channel performance commentary, Business reports

3. Analysis of key business parameters & trends

4. Engagement with Internal field sales team – Query management – Product & process, contest qualification & incentive payout related

5. IT/ System usage related queries – Digibanca, TeBT, Insta etc
- Channel Management - (L&D; and SMP) –

1)Training Engagement - Finalization of Training calendar, 100% MOM Sessions delivery (as per L&D; MIS), monitoring with linkage to business performance.
2) SMP - Branch visits, engagement with channel partner LG & leadership, CH & CSM SMP compliance, performance outcomes
Work Experience

8 - 20 Years - Domain experience : Life Insurance, Banking, Fintech
Essential Qualification

Graduate - preferred MBA
