- Ability to resolve end users’ issues related to system performance, Software deployment
- Knowledge and experience of Contemporary Workplace solutions, including windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune
- Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Able to work on VDI creation request
- Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service now
- Strong Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues related to Patch and application Failures
- Knowledge on SCCM and Intune error logs behavior
- Able to find and mitigate the vulnerability in the workstations
- Knowledge on MS Teams, One Drive and O365 functionality
